Become more nature connected - and one tree is planted for every copy bought.

Plant of the Week: A Year Living With the Land

One complete system. 52 weeks. No missing pieces.

---

You've bought the field guides. You've downloaded the meditation apps. Got the poetry books. Read about seasonal living.

But you never use them together. And when life gets busy, the whole practice falls apart.

It's not a discipline problem. It's a design problem. This book solves that problem.

---

What's covered in this book

•  A complete 52-week journey through the year with one page per week—nothing to coordinate, nothing to figure out
•  Plant profiles timed to what's actually appearing in your landscape each week, not theoretical botanical calendars
•  Seasonal poems and wisdom that shift you into presence without requiring separate resources
•  Understanding the energy flow through the year at festivals and transitions—how nature's rhythms move through you
•  Reflection questions that invite your own wisdom rather than prescribing what to think
•  QR codes linking to extended teachings you can return to whenever you're ready

What makes this different

Most nature practices require you to cobble things together. A field guide for identification. A separate book for seasonal wisdom. Maybe some poems you've bookmarked. A meditation practice that mentions nature sometimes.

And we think if we just had more discipline, we'd use them all together.

But here's what actually happens: Wednesday comes. You're tired. You can't remember which book has what. The motivation fades. The practice dissolves.

This book solves that design problem. Everything you need lives in one place, in the right order, timed to the week you're actually living through. The structure carries you—even through busy weeks, even when you're not feeling inspired.

You open to this week's page. And you're already on the path.

Hello. I'm Chris Holland. I've been teaching nature connection and seasonal living for 25 years, with a BSc in Environmental Science and training with renowned tracker Jon Young. I wrote this because I watched people struggle with scattered resources year after year. The knowledge was there. The desire was there. But the system made it too hard to sustain.

This book doesn't stop in November when most nature practices quietly fade. It knows the dark half of the year has its own gifts. Its own wisdom.

Who this is for?

*This is for you if:*

•  You want a consistent nature practice but your scattered resources never work together
•  You need clear structure that tells you what to focus on each week without requiring decision-making energy
•  You value poetry and contemplation alongside practical plant knowledge
•  You want to complete a full year's journey, including the difficult dark months when motivation fades
•  You're tired of good intentions dissolving by autumn

*This isn't for you if:*

•  You only want pure botanical identification without reflection or seasonal context
•  You prefer designing your own practice from scratch each week
•  You need everything to be digital and phone-accessible
•  You're not ready to commit to following a full year's cycle

What you'll get

•  *54 A4 plant profiles* (52 weeks plus two bonus sheets)—each one complete with plant identification, seasonal context, poetry, and reflection space
•  *8 seasonal energy flow pages* with understanding of how nature's rhythms move through festivals and transitions
•  *Wire-bound format* that lies flat on your morning table or opens easily on woodland walks—designed to get weathered and lived with
•  *Space for your own notes* on every page because this journey is yours and your observations matter
•  *QR codes to print that link to the online version of each plant sheet
•  *14-day money-back guarantee* if it's not what you need

What people say

"Written so well, natural facts and little gems of info to delight us, it's like having you with us on a walk." — Emma Wadsworth, Woolpit Primary School

This won't give you motivation you don't have. It'll give you something better—a system that works even when you're tired.

One page. One week. One step deeper into the year.
